Meet The Team:
If you reach out to our team Nikki is probably one of the first people you will speak to. She is in charge of the buying and selling of Southern Girl’s deals. She is also a realtor with Atlanta Communities. Her hobbies are playing with her pups and new baby and watching movies and shows with her husband!
Dena is the founder of Southern Girl Home Buyers, she does a little bit of everything but at the end of the day, she makes sure things get done. That’s why everyone calls her the “boss lady”. If she isn’t out keeping everyone in line she’s spending time with her grandbabies, keeping them in line. One pictured above.
Need a paint color? Ask DeeAnna! She’s not only great at managing rehabs but she has an eye for design. Most of the cool rehabbed features in our homes came from her ideas! When DeeAnna isn’t working she is planning her next trip with her family and friends
Caitlyn is the office boss, she keeps everything organized. She’s the company glue. Contractors wouldn’t get paid on time, and utilities would never get turned on without her! Caitlyn loves animals and her niece Grace!
Cody’s real role is managing the rehabs, but you wouldn’t know it if you stopped by the office! He likes to keep everyone entertained. Cody is also a licensed real estate agent. Cody spends his free time playing volleyball and hanging out with his wife Baley
Dustin is working towards becoming a GC, he is also in charge of managing rehabs. He gets the tough houses. The ones that need major work, and the ones with tight budgets. If he’s not out working on homes he’s spending time with his wife Taylor and look-a-like daughter Grace.
